Gay Rights - should one group of citizens have more rights than any other? The Constitution provides rights to all our citizens, regardless of sexual preference. Why should the general populace be subjected to the "in your face" attitudes of most gays? Why should individuals be labeled as homophobic if they condemn that lifestyle? And, most importantly, why should condemnation of the gay lifestyle (as preached in most religions) be now considered a "hate" crime while attacks on Christianity is condoned?
